Please arrive by 4:30 PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM.

Our venue at Ashley Ridge is ours to enjoy for our big day so there's ample parking! There are two main entrances so don't worry on which side you park but the right entrance will lead you straight to the ceremony area.

Fall in Colorado is truly beautiful yet unpredictable so prepare to layer up. Forecast, as of 10/14/24, is calling for a high of 62° with a low of 45°. Our Wedding ceremony will be held outside the venue overlooking the majestic mountain range during the day, and then we will move the party indoors. In case of inclement weather, our wonderful wedding coordinators will work magic and place our party in another designated indoor area.

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors with reception inside so dress accordingly. We are excited to see everyone look their best!

Appetizers will include domestic & imported cheeses & crisp crackers (V), mozzarella & grape tomato caprese skewers (V, GF), ahi tuna sashimi wontons with wasabi cream, pork belly BLT crostini, spicy Jamaican jerk chicken skewers (GF) and brie & apple phyllo kisses (V). Dinner options will include cremini mushroom chicken marsala, oven rosted salmon with tarragon butter sauce (GF), slow roasted prime rib of beef au jus with creamed horseradish (GF) Sides will include garlic mashed potatoes (V, GF), fresh bread with butter, seasonal vegetables and eight types of assorted salads (pasta options included). ***If there are any food restrictions please let us know when you RSVP or ahead of time so that our Coordinators can have alternatives options available.

Yes! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely! We will have champagne, beer, wine, seltzers, well, call and top-shelf liquor available. Rich, our bartender will be able to craft your favorite cocktail of choice, including our signature cocktails -The Milo (Gin & Tonic) and The Whiskey (Old Fashioned) inspired by our sweet Goldendoodles. Tea, coffee, juices and sodas are also available!

We will have an unplugged ceremony. Afterwards, we welcome your crafty angles and creativity but also invite you to enjoy the moment after the ceremony. We have hired some AMAZING professionals to capture our big day alongside you -say cheese!

We will wrap up our celebration at 11pm.

Yes! Please accept or decline (we will surely miss you) using the RSVP tab on this site. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact numbers as soon as possible. If we do not receive an RSVP returned by September 20, 2024 your invitation will be marked as a "No".

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on our invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

We are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand.
